Air waybill:
Airlines have the possibility to change an Air Waybill number.

Charges collect:
Shipments on charges collect bases will only be acceptable after approval and if mentioned in rate list.
Collect fee will be 3% over total charges collect with always a minimum of Eur 15,00

Dangerous goods & outsized cargo:
Dangerous goods and outsized cargo are on request.

Delivery:
Shipments for consolidations must be, unless otherwise mentioned, delivered to following address:

In case shipments have not been delivered as required, Groupair can not be hold responsible for any delay, which may occur.

Invoicing:
Date of flight departure is decisive for invoicing.

Orders:
All orders will be carried out under the general terms and conditions of the Federation of Dutch Forwarders organisations, deposited with the register of the District Court of Amsterdam latest version.

Quotations:
All our quotations have to be considered as offer without engagement.

Transport:
International road transports are carried out under the conditions of C.M.R.-freight charges never include the insurance.
